PLACING ORDERS
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST. You may place your order by calling us at 541-895-5152 or faxing us at 541-895-5174. You may also place orders on our secured website. To view available products, please select a category on the main menu at the top of each page.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the order. If you find that you need other items, it will be an additional order and incur additional shipping charges.
We begin processing orders upon receipt and make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. At times, shipping carriers will experience delays in shipping times outside of our control. If a delay happens from the shipping carrier, we will make every effort to track your package and ensure delivery in as timely a manner as possible.
SHIPPING RATES AND TERMS (as of March 1, 2023)
Due to rising shipping costs from carriers, we are switching away from flat rate shipping and will now be charging shipping rates based on the weight and location of your order. You may choose to have your order shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and rates will display in your shopping cart. This includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
We do not guarantee any shipments to Canada and do not replace lost or undelivered packages. We are unable to guarantee shipments move through customs. Canada orders are placed at your own risk.
REROUTING A PACKAGE
Sometimes a customer may forget to update their shipping address before placing an order online. If this is the case and you request for us to reroute your package to another address there will be a $20.00 charge for this service. Not all packages can be rerouted but we will confirm this option prior to making the change. Please call Customer Service in the event that you need a package rerouted.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment with a valid credit card is due at the time of order placement.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, you may enter your email address in the product page and you will be sent a notification as soon as that item is available again.
BEST USED BY DATES
Each Wise Woman Herbals product is made in small batches for freshness and marked with a Best Used By Date. A Best Used By date is not an expiration date and does not mean that your product will "go bad" on that date. We simply acknowledge that product may not be as concentrated as intended after that date.
We sell our products at regular price up to four months prior to the best used by date, to ensure that you have time to use that product prior to the date listed.
Products available with less than four months prior to their Best Used by date are sold at a discount. Please reach out to Customer Service to ask about availability of discounted items.
RECYCLED MATERIALS
Wise Woman Herbals is environmentally friendly. We use recycled paper in our publications and recycled packaging materials for shipping. Materials that can no longer be used are either recycled or composted.
HOW TO RETURN WISE WOMAN HERBALS PRODUCTS
For product that you wish to return, please review your request with a Wise Woman Herbals® customer service representative by calling 541-895-5152. We will not accept products without a return authorization, and therefore all returns must receive pre-approval.
Steps for Returns:
Contact Customer Service for a return authorization within 30 days from receipt of goods.
Choose store credit or refund back to your original payment source.
Repack unopened and sealed items in adequate packaging to prevent shipping damage. Include a copy of your return authorization sheet, provided by Customer Service, for our reference upon receiving.
Ship to us using either UPS or USPS (other carriers may have restrictions on shipping products containing alcohol). Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise authorized. We will cover cost of return shipping only if the product being returned was shipped in error or is defective.
Items must be received at our facility within 30 days of approved return authorization.
We do not allow returns on open product. We do not allow returns based on a dislike of flavor. Herbal extracts have a distinct flavor that is not pleasing to all people, therefore this is not a reason for a return.
If you have concerns about product quality, however, we absolutely want to know about it and we will do our best to offer a replacement for you.
Once your return request is approved, repack the products sufficiently to ensure that the bottles will not break during shipping. Return to the following addresses:

DAMAGED GOODS
Please report damaged goods immediately. It is important that the original packaging be saved in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you are unable to save original packaging, please take photographs of your damage.
